On orders over £30 complementary ice and box is provided but on all orders under £30 an additional fee of
£4.00 will be charged for packaging the product.
Although we cannot guarantee dispatching an order placed on the same day, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute requests. When you place your order online, you will receive an automatic message confirming the order and then following that we will get in touch with you either by phone or email to advise a suggested date for delivery. This is usually within 72 hours of placing the order but again, this does depend on our stock levels. We are more than happy to have that discussion with you and pride ourselves on our personal service, for which we are often highly commended.
We recommend that if you have a specific date in mind for your delivery, you mention this at the end of your order in "Comments and Additional Information".
Most of our products are delivered fresh, although occasionally we do send frozen products by the same method - you will be advised if this is the case. It is not necessary for you to be in to sign for the box, as long as there is somewhere safe that we can leave your goods - we can give the courier instructions, such as "Leave in garden shed" or "Please leave in porch". We can also arrange for the delivery to be delivered to another address, such as your workplace or a friendly neighbour.
The products are transported in an insulated (polystyrene) box, carefully packed by hand with ice packs which help to keep the products down to the correct temperature. Our courier collects from us the day before and the goods will arrive with you on a guaranteed next day. If you wish to have next day before midday it is an extra £5.00.
