Some feedback from a recent Client of our Hog Roast . . .
True professionals!
I asked Tim and Marnie to cater for my Hog roast reception at my wedding and it was the best idea that we'd had. It was such a relief to leave all the preparation and cooking to someone else and they made me feel very much at ease with all the organising. I would recommend to have a hog roast to everyone, we had such a fantatsic time and the meat was just beautiful. Tim seemed very at home teaching all the kids about what was involved and how to carve the hog, they loved it and were even able to have a go (under Tim & Marnie's supervision). I can't sing their praises enough, it was a great day with wonderful food served by very friendly people.
