Dear Tim,

We received the kid goat meat on Friday.

I must say my wife, Namita, was truly impressed with the quality of meat, the chopping / cleaning of it and also the packaging/labelling.

I on the other hand thoroughly enjoyed the cooked meat. It was by far the best Goat curry I have ever had in the UK (in the last 16 years of being here!). I guess the compliments for this excellent goat curry is to be equally shared between you, the goat meat supplier and my wife, the great cook! :)

We shall surely be coming back to you to buy more once we have finished the current stock. Meanwhile we will happily recommend you to our friends and family.

Hi Lucy,

The meat arrived yesterday and when we opened the boxes it was like Xmas! Had just enough room in the freezer so good job piggy wasn't bigger! Cooked some Pork chops for dinner yesterday with onions garlic & wine it was delicious. We had sausages, pork & leek for breakfast as we couldn't wait to try them. We were very pleased with them firstly they are chipolata size but a moist sausage & tasty. The pork was cut very nicely although we did cut the hugest joint in half before we froze it. I was glad you put mince in as well as I can use for sausage rolls, really useful. The dog next door & our cat enjoyed the lites & heart & the remainder frozen for another day for them. Thanks for the complimentary burgers .Please say thanks to piggy's owner the butcher & to all of you. Please remember how everything was done so next time it’s the same! We popped in this morning (Sat) on our way to Nantwich and bought a leg of kid. We thought it was the best goat we've had for a long time. I've had goat even in Greece which was almost distinguishable from lamb, as well as from one or two suppliers in Blighty, but your kid tasted really goaty and was delicious. Keep it up!
