Here's just some of the feedback we've received...

Hi Tim

Hope you're well. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that the kid was spectacular on Saturday night. I ended up butchering it to split it up and just roasting the legs as there weren't as many of us as I thought there was going to be. I froze the other bits. Just water and wine in the pan, along with a few chopped onions and herbs, produced the most delicious gravy which we've just finished off. Everybody absolutely raved about the flavour and we couldn't believe how lean it was. Still picking bits off the bone tonight for a quick supper. I will definitely be ordering from you again, once we've worked our way through this stash. Thanks Emma

 Hi Stephanie,

Can I just say how fantastic the meat pack is, really impressed, we will be making a monthly order, prices are good, quality and taste is amazing! Many thanks! Regards, Suzanne

Hi Vanessa,

The goats great!!! Yes it will be on my menu now until Christmas. The sausages were fab too which we’ll use when we do the national sausage week!

Hi Tim,

Just wanted to say thanks for going out of your way a couple of weeks ago to provide me with some delicious diced leg meat for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. I cooked up a curried goat storm together with some other Jamaican dishes and managed to convert about 40 conservative villagers to the wonders of goat meat! :)

 Hi Marnie,

Just to let you know that the goat was great - slow-cooked as a Greek casserole - hope to come up again to Nantwich for food festival at end of Sept. Regards, Steve

Thank you so much for the order. It looks fab. We're going to try curried goat this week.

Thanks for getting the order to me so quickly, and also for the complementary burgers and offal. Regards – Wayne (Restaurateur)

Dear Tim and Marnie,

Just to say we had a wonderful Goat Curry last night. The children thoroughly enjoyed it and we were surprised that it wasn't a much stronger taste, so we love it. Thank you very much. Great to see you all on  Sunday.

All the best and no doubt bump into at another event very soon.

We popped in this morning (Sat) on our way to Nantwich and bought a leg of kid. We thought it was the best goat we've had for a long time. I've had goat  even in Greece which was almost distinguishable from lamb, as well as from one or two suppliers in Blighty, but your kid tasted really goaty and was delicious. Keep it up!
